It was decided to incorporate the society trip around the castles of the Tywi Valley with our AGM which took place in ‘The Atom’ in Carmarthen.

We very fortunate to have glorious sunny weather for our excursion.

The first place we visited was Castell Carreg Cennen.

The second stop on our journey was Dryslwyn castle.

The AGM was held at ‘The Atom’ in Carmarthen. It was presided over by our officers Eirwyn Evans, Gareth Jones, John Hughes and Malcolm Lloyd who all gave their own reports. All officers were unanimously re-elected.

After a very pleasant lunch in Kidwelly we proceeded to Kidwelly castle.
